Rate: $4,000 Per Shift

• Board requirement (years of eligibility defined by facility): BC/BE

• Board requirement (Example EM, FM, IM): Yes, ABOG
• Life Support Certifications Required: none required, but are encouraged

LOCUM COVERAGE ASSESSMENT

• Reason for Locum need? Scheduling Need
• Coverage Type: Inpatient
• Is the Locum Coverage needed short-term (3-6 months) or long-term (6+ months)? Long-term
• Is the Locum Coverage needed for a specific shift type: 8 hours onsite requirement and 24 hours of call
• Call Response Time: Respond to ED and L&D within 10 minutes
• Call Type: 10 hours in house, 14 hours on night call
• Avg Call # Per 24 Hr: 8/day (55/wk)
• Temp Privileges granted? Yes with clean files and an active license
• Start Date: November 15, 2024
• End Date: June 18, 2025
