KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROPERTY CONTROLLER: Financial Statements:
Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy. Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making. Month-End Close:
Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Manage & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties. Audit Support:
Manage the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROPERTY CONTROLLER: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Hospitality/5+ years of experience preferred. Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis. Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 Base #INNOV2025
