Job Details: We are on the hunt for a dynamic, diligent, and detail-oriented Permanent Habitability Attorney who can join our high-performing legal team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for handling a wide range of landlord-tenant habitability matters and disputes. This role is a unique opportunity to shape and contribute to a thriving legal team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Responsibilities: 1. Represent landlords and tenants in habitability disputes, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. 2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of pertinent case law, statutes, legal articles, codes, and other relevant materials. 3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents, including leases, eviction notices, and settlement agreements. 4. Provide sound legal advice to clients, helping them understand complex legal concepts and making sure they are fully aware of their rights and obligations. 5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve habitability disputes in the most favorable manner for our clients. 6. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. 7. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends that could impact our clients' rights and interests.

Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on landlord-tenant law and habitability issues. 4. Proven experience as an Associate Attorney, with a track record of successfully representing clients in habitability disputes. 5. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents. 6. Solid understanding of intellectual property law, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context. 7. Excellent negotiation skills, with a knack for resolving disputes in a manner that serves our clients' best interests. 8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments. 9. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 11. Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.
