We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, providing legal support in a high-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in litigation, trial, deposition, and product liability defense. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience. As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our senior attorneys, and will have the chance to contribute significantly to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. 2. Representing clients in a wide range of litigation claims. 3. Working closely with other attorneys and partners on legal projects. 4. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. 5. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. 6. Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents. 7. Advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and risks. 8. Develop strategies for handling cases and trials. 9. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. 10. Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice in the State Bar of Pennsylvania, with licensure in New Jersey preferred as well 3. 1+ years of litigation experience. 4. Proven background in trial, depositions, and product liability defense. 5. Experience in managing a high volume of cases. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to craft creative solutions. 7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. 8. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 9. Demonstrated ability to handle and manage complex legal issues. 10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 11. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas. 12. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
