Key Responsibilities: • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare cost reports for management. • Maintain cost accounting records and ensure accuracy in inventory valuation. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Collaborate with production and operations teams to monitor cost drivers and identify savings opportunities. • Support month-end and year-end close processes related to cost accounting. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of standard costing, inventory management, and financial reporting. Salary:
$68,000 - $70,000 depending on experience Note:
