As an IT Business Analyst, you'll work directly with finance, sales, distribution, and customer service teams to document and improve business processes, test new Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities, and support end-users. You'll also have the opportunity to strengthen your data and reporting skills using Power BI and Excel to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. Responsibilities of the Oracle Business Analyst: • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP as an IT Business Analyst • Partner with cross-functional teams to document processes, define business requirements, and identify automation opportunities • Test and validate system enhancements to ensure performance, accuracy, and data integrity • Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel reports to support leadership decision-making • Troubleshoot ERP, barcode, and IT-related issues, while training end-users on new tools and system updates • Collaborate closely with IT and operations teams to maintain system functionality and end-user satisfaction Preferred Experience of the Oracle Business Analyst: • 1-2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, ERP support specialist, or systems integration analyst • Hands-on experience or a strong interest in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or similar data tools • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field #LI-HM1 #INNOV2025 #ZRCFSTECH
