Agreed Pay Rate: Depending on experience

Start Date: 2 weeks after offer and acceptance

Duration: 6 month contract with possibility of extension

· Conduct in-depth UX audits of our ecommerce sites (desktop, mobile web, and mobile app) to identify friction points, opportunities, and best-in-class practices

· Benchmark competitor experiences to surface emerging patterns and innovative UX strategies

· Translate findings into actionable insights that can inform our broader UX, product, and site strategy

· Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for experience improvements grounded in data and customer-centric design principles

· Deliver polished presentations (written, visual, verbal) to share trends, gaps, and recommendations with senior stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience

· Strong background in site and customer experience research, including heuristic evaluations, customer journey mapping, and behavioral analysis

· Data-driven: proficient in leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover key behavioral insights and inform recommendations—experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric or similar platforms

· Deep understanding of ecommerce UX best practices to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion across devices

· Expert in analyzing merchandising strategies, product taxonomy, photography, and copy

· Strategic thinking around implementation—able to differentiate quick wins from those requiring deeper functional development

· Awareness of evolving digital experience trends, including AI-assisted design, personalization, and next-gen interface patterns

· Strategic thinking and storytelling skills to synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to stakeholders across design, product, and executive teams

· While not required to be a hands-on visual designer, experience leveraging design tools is a plus and should have a sharp eye for evaluating interface usability and able to create mockups that bring UX recommendations to life
