Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/17/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room Location: Concord, MA Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension) Schedule: 5x8s | Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week Call Requirement: 2x per month weekend call every 6th weekend Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team in Concord, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be an experienced perioperative professional with a strong clinical background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for providing safe and effective care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures while supporting surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nursing staff. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care during surgical procedures. Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies. Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards. Monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs throughout surgery. Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the EMR system. Participate in on-call rotation — 2x per month and every 6th weekend. Work collaboratively with the surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety and efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: Active Massachusetts RN License – Required BLS Certification (AHA) – Required Minimum 3 years of RN experience in any setting – Required Operating Room experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity environment “We are an equal opportunity employer.
