Responsibilities

• On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, WFH Fridays
• Will be working closely with the business side of the team; product supply intelligence members, product managers, etc.
• Prior experience highly preferred to execute a high profile project
• Supply chain/manufacturing background would also be a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for this role
• 8-9 years’ experience required in a data analyst role
• On-site role considerations: HM expects this to be ~18 month long engagement
• Top must-have skills: SQL; Python; Backend development experience (aka data engineering); Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI); Data product lifecycle knowledge

Interview Process

• Candidates should expect 2 rounds of interviews: one behavioral, one technical
• Tableau experience preferred; Databricks experience preferred

• For the second round interview, HM wants candidates to showcase a past visualization project (preferably business) to reveal mindset for developing end-to-end reporting
