You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them access the services they need and ensuring their experience is positive.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
• Sales or marketing experience (preferred).
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and handle various client needs.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients according to their preferences.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
