Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level, complex and high-impact roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiations, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both corporate and agency settings.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
Experience with various ATS platforms and proficiency in sourcing tools.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter designation.
Familiarity with SAP / SuccessFactors or similar HRMS systems.
Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies.
