AppleOne is partnering with an organization in the Government/Public Administration-Civil Services sector seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Recruiter. This is a direct-hire, in-office role responsible for full-cycle recruiting, focusing on high interview-to-offer ratios and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences, proactively engaging passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Experience recruiting for technical or manufacturing roles is highly valued. This role is crucial for driving diverse talent into the organization and enhancing the company brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other hiring platforms to build a pipeline of diverse talent.
• Interview Management: Conduct interviews and screen potential candidates, anticipating hiring manager preferences to maintain a high interview-to-offer ratio.
• Branding & Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Represent the brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
• Goal Alignment: Drive the recruitment process to meet hiring needs efficiently.

Required Qualifications
