Responsibilities

• As an OT Cybersecurity professional, orchestrate the delivery of security services to customers, ensuring the program aligns with established frameworks and producing the necessary documentation and tooling for internal teams and external clients.
• Provide technical direction and act as a subject matter expert related to Claroty’s product portfolio and cybersecurity.
• Ensure products are effectively deployed, integrated, assessed, and optimized in alignment with security metrics.
• Interpret requirements across risk, secure architecture, incident management, and governance.
• Support cybersecurity investigations within OT environments using Claroty products.
• Deliver workshops, trainings and threat intelligence sharing sessions.
• Provide advisory, presentations and reports to customers.
• Create playbooks, runbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Create reports of emerging threats to industrial networks for customers.
• Work closely with R&D teams or other internal departments to improve and enhance Claroty’s products and services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in Operational Technology Security as a consultant or service delivery expert.
• Experience with threat modeling or other risk identification techniques.
• Understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols.
• Knowledge of security control frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIST, NCSC CAF or other relevant frameworks).
• Knowledge and experience of cybersecurity assessments in ICS/OT and IT security.
• Understanding of operational technologies such as PLCs, SCADA software, RTUs, HMI, and DCS.
• Experience with network forensics, threat intelligence, and incident response (e.g., Wireshark).
• Experience with Azure, Power BI, Python, and SQL creation and scripting.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and administrative tools.
• Ability to communicate and present to a range of technical and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent report-writing skills.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel.
