Salary: $70,000 - $120,000

What You Will Do

Lead electrical engineering designs

Lead your own projects from start to finish with oversight

Create layouts of devices, equipment, and electrical systems using Revit and AutoCAD

Perform circuiting, panelboard sizing, conduit and conductor calculations

Size electrical panelboards, circuit breakers, conduits, and conductors

Design fire alarm systems and coordinate power requirements for mechanical equipment

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Support bidding, permitting, and construction phases — including reviewing submittals, RFIs, site punch lists, and construction reports

Stay current with the Florida Building Code and National Electrical Code (NEC)

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 4 years of project design experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred

Location in FL is a strong plus

Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within teams

Knowledge and practicing use of Revit and AutoCad

Ability to develop and produce drawings independently

Ability to edit specifications with oversight of Senior PE

Knowledge and use of lighting software such as AGi32 is a plus

Experience in either SKM or EasyPower is a plus

Experience in reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs

Ability to perform site punch-lists and develop a construction observation report

Ability to manage work on multiple projects simultaneously
