Serve as primary assistant to the Head Coach, leading practice planning, game strategy, and player mentorship. Focus on individual player development and act as a direct line of communication between the head coach and athletes. Assist in designing and executing practice plans. Evaluate athlete performance, provide constructive feedback, and support recruiting initiatives. Maintain confidentiality, comply with NCAA and Ivy League rules, and adhere to all ethical conduct standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. 2‑4 years of coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Strong knowledge of squash, player development, and position‑specific training. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. Solid understanding of NCAA/league compliance requirements and athletes’ skill development. Knowledge of recruiting processes and athlete evaluation methods. Awareness of injury prevention, safe training, and video‑analysis tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, maintain compliance, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Willingness to support and promote a diverse and inclusive campus community. Background Check
