Job Summary This opportunity focuses on leading strategy, operational design, and the execution of complex partner-facing initiatives for a leading B2B SaaS or platform company. The role includes developing comprehensive program architectures, driving partner adoption strategies, and managing cross-functional collaboration for successful program launches and scaling. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal partner experiences and operational workflows, spearhead strategic program capabilities, and measure program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead the strategy and operational framework for scaling partner initiatives such as affiliations, onboarding, and enablement.
Develop and execute migration, onboarding approaches, and adoption strategies to enhance partner engagement.
Plan and manage end-to-end rollout of program features, ensuring cross-functional alignment and partner readiness.
Define and continuously refine partner journeys, operational workflows, and strategic program capabilities for efficiency and scalability.
Maintain and optimize program KPIs, driving actionable insights for leadership to influence program direction and enhancements.
Must have Skills
Demonstrated success in partner program strategy and execution.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across a matrixed organization.
Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models and partner lifecycle management.
Industry Experience
Extensive experience (10+ years) in B2B SaaS or platform environments, preferably with expertise in affiliate/referral, revenue share, and reseller models.
