Senior Accountant We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing Finance and Accounting team. This role provides broad exposure across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger functions. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, supporting month‑end close, and driving process improvements. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to maintain financial accuracy, support audits, and enhance efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments across multiple entities.
Support accounts receivable functions such as billing, collections, and payment postings.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments for monthly financial results.
Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and key balance sheet accounts.
Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities, schedules, and financial reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
Support audits, internal control compliance, and financial documentation.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of progressive accounting experience (AP, AR, and general ledger).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and close procedures.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
