Senior Account Executive
Location: New York City, Hybrid office schedule.

Job Description AZIONE seeks an experienced candidate to join as a Senior Account Executive across media, beauty/wellness, fashion, and lifestyle divisions. The ideal candidate should possess 4+ years of post‑college / internship experience in PR, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and bring a creative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain excellent client relationships as the day‑to‑day client contact and media liaison.
Participate in client calls, in‑person meetings, and senior team leadership interactions.
Attend media briefings (interviews, desksides, press previews, event activations).
Provide expert knowledge and insight into all conversations, initiatives, and projects.
Contribute to new business processes: research, deck creation, pitch preparation.
Pitch client priorities to secure features, executive profiles, podcasts, and trend stories.
Curate editorial and brand partnership opportunities for client projects.
Execute launches and larger campaigns to deliver media coverage.
Develop integrated PR campaigns including media relations, influencer engagement, brand partnerships, and experiential activations.
Oversee media coverage cadence, messaging, and press material development to align with client strategy and brand guidelines.
Draft pitches with AM/AD oversight.
Implement brand partnerships and edit weekly and monthly recaps for all team projects.
Maintain media, brand partner, and influencer relationships.
Stay updated on new technologies and business trends, offering insights to the team.
Report ROI and impact of campaigns using best practices in metrics and reporting.
Provide solutions to account leads and manage the agency database of editorial relationships.
Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, mentorship, and foster a collaborative culture.
Requirements
4+ years of post‑college / internship experience in PR.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a creative mindset.
Located in New York City.
Hybrid office schedule.
