Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: Gardner MA

Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday

Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated rate range: $40-45/hr depending on experience, setting and location

Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech/language/swallowing and cognitive-communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Document patient progress using EMR systems

Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses and physicians to deliver coordinated care

Educate patients, families and staff on treatment goals and progress

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program

Current MA SLP license (or eligibility)

CCC‑SLP preferred but CFs may be considered when supervision is available

Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
