Location: Jacksonville - Hybrid (three days in office, two days virtual)

About The Team We are a global operations team dedicated to delivering industry-leading cleared derivative services to premier investment banks and financial institutions. Our core services include:
Trade clearance and allocation
Reconciliation processes
Trade break resolution
Exchange funding and client margining
Brokerage management
Static data oversight and trade lifecycle management
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with derivative exchanges, clearing brokers, and FIS teams to support the full trade lifecycle - from post‑trade execution to final settlement
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Partner with client oversight teams, control groups, trading desks, and client service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Execute contractual obligations in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk & Control Frameworks, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Drive ongoing enhancements to operational processes, risk controls, and client satisfaction
Coordinate and communicate technical issues with client services, trade management, IT, business change, and external clients to ensure trade flows are strategically robust in accordance with exchange regulations
Oversee a functional group in day‑to‑day activities and responsibilities as well as assist in planning and strategy, representing FIS’ Capital Markets Segment to internal and external audiences
Navegate complex and relevant challenges within the derivatives trading, middle‑office, and post‑trade spaces, by continuously analyzing and seeking solutions for clients’ dynamic needs
What You Bring
Flexibility to work 12pm-8pm (EST) up to 50% of the time
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
Four (4) or more years of experience in cleared futures industry, added bonus if operated in global markets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Skilled in executing and settling trades, reconciliations, and overseeing trade allocations
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to support and build client relationships
Eagerness to learn and grow within a back‑office environment focused on globally traded futures
Understanding of cleared derivative products and futures trading operations.
Working knowledge of FIS and finance industry standard applications (e.g. GMI, FIS CD, ClearVision)
