Responsibilities

Assess current and projected engineering staffing needs and collaborate with team leads to address those needs.

Support recruitment activities including requisition creation, interview conduct, and offer approval.

Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient fulfillment of staffing needs and generate and report metrics.

Support staffing events including travel to off‑site staffing geographies.

Coordinate intern planning and fulfillment.

Partner in targeted staffing initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Provide regular flow‑down of company and organizational status and represent the organization to internal and external stakeholders.

Partner with engineering and program management peers to assure a balanced and efficient assignment of resources to support key mission priorities.

Coaching, supporting, training, and motivating stakeholders to ensure a high level of staffing throughput.

Coordinate with the Division Homeroom and Programs, for identifying needs and task closure.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years related experience.

U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance.

1 year of experience with hiring processes—demand forecasting, resume screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and fulfillment.

Preferred: experience managing people.

Experience with process improvement and driving cadence of team execution.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

Strong technical acumen and ability to assess, place, and task talent.

3+ years leading a team, including mentoring and coaching.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills with ability to solve issues and predict risks.

Independent work with minimal supervision and ability to establish solid relationships with technical staff, peers, and customers.

Ability to assimilate information from multiple sources, create coherent plans, and execute those plans.

Salary Range Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 – $213,400.00. Base pay is determined by experience, education, and market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses.

Relocation Assistance Relocation assistance may be available. Clearance type: Secret. Travel: Yes, 10% of the time.
