Product Owner – Mobile Solutions (Contract)
We are seeking a Product Owner for a 3–6 month contract (performance review after 3 months) to help shape and deliver innovative digital experiences in a dynamic environment. This hybrid role is based in Stamford, CT or New York City, NY.
Key Responsibilities
Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for the delivery team.
Develop clear, actionable user stories for implementation.
Communicate team capacity and workload to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Product Manager on product strategy and planning.
Manage features and user stories from initiation through acceptance.
Sign off on completed features and communicate trade-offs to leadership.
Continuously refine the backlog to ensure clarity and alignment.
Identify and communicate risks and dependencies to keep projects on track.
Participate in agile ceremonies: Daily Stand‑Up, Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Quarterly Planning.
Create release communications and conduct product demonstrations.
Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team.
Keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.
Required Skills
Product management and backlog prioritization.
Digital product experience.
Proficiency with Figma and Jira.
Stakeholder management.
Requirements gathering and definition.
Familiarity with e‑commerce and telecommunications environments.
Experience Level Expert level
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay And Benefits $45.00 – $60.00 per hour.
