Maintain and expand mammalian and human stem cell cultures under sterile conditions.
Conduct cell‑based assays, staining, counting, viability, and proliferation analyses.
Perform molecular biology workflows including nucleic acid and protein handling for assays.
Assist in experimental design, protocol optimization, and data collection/analysis.
Document lab work, maintain equipment, prepare media, and manage samples per safety and regulatory standards.
Support general lab operations including ordering, stocking, and sample shipping.
Collaborate with team members and communicate findings effectively.
Qualifications:
2–4 years in biomedical or biotech research; experience with hESCs/iPSCs preferred.
Strong cell culture and molecular biology skills; experience with primary and commercial cells.
Proficiency in imaging, cell characterization, and relevant immunoassays.
Familiarity with aseptic techniques, media prep, cryopreservation, and tissue culture.
Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis software).
Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field; Master’s preferred.
