Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire production process for printed materials, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Build and manage end‑to‑end print specifications and engage appropriate vendors from estimating through to award.
Create schedules, assign projects, track projects through the execution cycle, prioritize work, manage inventory and provide ongoing communication to business partners and external vendors.
Serve as Enterprise Procurement ambassador, providing guidance to stakeholders and suppliers on how and when to engage with procurement teams and tools.
Manage relationships with print suppliers, ensuring vendor compliance through oversight of Ariba, Contracts, Third‑Party Risk, Medicare Compliance, AP, Sourcing, and auditors; lead annual supplier business reviews.
Recommend format and new technology for execution and best practices of print production for marketing & communications campaigns.
Evaluate current production processes to identify opportunities for program optimization, process efficiencies and cost savings.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years in print production or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
Preferred Qualifications
In‑depth knowledge of printing techniques, materials and print technology.
Strong technical acumen supporting print technology and risk governance reviews.
Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of print and direct mail production specifications, workflows and management.
Resilient, adaptable, and flexible in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Print Production, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent (high‑school diploma and 4 years of experience) required.
NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires reporting into an office 2 days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday).
Pay Range $82,940.00 – $182,549.00 per annum.
Actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors.
Eligible for bonus, commission, short‑term incentive program and equity award program.
