Law Firm Receptionist – Full-Time
A well‑established, client‑focused law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services with professionalism and integrity is currently seeking a poised and polished Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the firm. This administrative team thrives in a collaborative, respectful, and fast‑paced environment.
Overview As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of the firm, ensuring smooth front desk operations, and supporting administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
Manage conference room bookings and maintain a tidy reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Coordinate with legal and administrative staff to support daily operations
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm’s standards of conduct
Qualifications
Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Working knowledge of legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther, or similar)
