Product Management Sr Advisor (Finance) The Product Development Senior Advisor is a new position responsible for defining the digital customer product strategy for new and emerging capabilities within various consumer-facing digital experience. This role will have accountability for identifying new capabilities and ensuring seamless integration into the customer experience as it relates to both web and mobile app experiences. The role will collaborate with multiple cross‑functional teams in support of creating a best‑in‑class digital experience for our customers across the mobile app and web.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and assess opportunities for end‑to‑end experience enhancements and net new features that support business goals while solving problems for end‑users/customers and other stakeholders

Lead cross‑functional teams that support the customer in their journey while also driving business value

Be a student of the industry and other like and dissimilar industries, driving a high level of innovative thinking and product development mindset

Build necessary internal alignment and drive collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders both within and external to the digital team

Navigate an environment of often complex stakeholder management, ensuring that we are sharing out and learning about business priorities

Partner with leadership to ensure proper prioritization and execution of work

Understand how to measure impact using data and analytics to seek out opportunities to improve the digital experience and deliver strategic business value

Serve as a role model for peers and other Product Managers

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or military experience required

Minimum 4 years' product management experience in healthcare, health services, employer‑based insurance is a plus

Track record of defining and interpreting analytic data to inform outcomes while being able to speak to how the trends and teams' work is contributing to the outcomes

Practitioner of product discovery frameworks and tools

Experience running and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments to increase targeted KPI and share learnings

Demonstrated results in thinking strategically, anticipating future consequences and trends, and incorporating them into short‑term and long‑term decision-making

Combination of analytical, technical, and business acumen

Proven track record of exceeding goals; evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment

Able to navigate and thrive in a highly matrixed environment to deliver measurable results for both users/members and the business

Blend creativity, relentless problem‑solving, business acumen, and leadership to drive innovation

Effective leadership, prioritization, and management of complex program/portfolio in a dynamic environment

Fact‑based problem solver with the ability to evaluate alternative course of action and make sound decisions

Experience with technology initiatives with a high degree of complexity

Able to manage multiple, shifting priorities

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

Strong written and verbal communication skills

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,800 – 194,600 USD per year, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
