Mercer University's Georgia Baptist College of Nursing seeks applications for a non‑tenure track, full‑time, 12‑month lecturer position in the second‑degree accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) track. Responsibilities

Teach in the second‑degree accelerated BSN program. Candidates in Adult Health, Mental Health, Women’s Health, or Pediatrics will be expected to deliver course content exclusively in this program and may study a portion of time for clinical service. The successful candidate will have on‑campus faculty responsibilities. Qualifications

Required Qualifications Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited university or college Unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia Minimum of two years full‑time academic experience (five years preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Philosophy commensurate with Mercer University’s mission and values Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience in the online academic environment Practice experience in psychiatric mental health and/or women’s health specialties Familiarity with CCNE accreditation standards Background Check
