Department of Neurology invites outstanding applicants for a full‑time, open rank, tenure or non‑tenure track faculty position in the General Neurology Division. The successful candidate will perform inpatient attending and outpatient clinical duties including consultations, as well as teaching and supervising medical students and residents. Opportunities for clinical collaborations are abundant with resources such as the McKnight Brain Institute, Institute on Aging, Clinical and Translational Science Institute, Center for Translational Research in Neurodegenerative Disease, Norman Fixel Institute for Neurological Diseases, Center for Neurogenetics, Wilder Center for Epilepsy Research, Center for Neuropsychological Studies, Malcom Randall VAMC, Brain Research and Rehabilitation Center, Epilepsy Center of Excellence, and Shands HealthCare.

Location Gainesville, Florida – a vibrant community with a low cost of living, no state income tax, excellent schools and beautiful outdoor recreation. Explore scenic bike trails, farmers' markets, breweries, and nearby beaches.

Salary Commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications

M.D., D.O., or M.D./Ph.D.

Board eligible or board certified in neurology.
