Description

Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on food logistics and production management.

Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards.

Oversee and implement food safety protocols and maintain audit readiness.

Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and improve processes.

Monitor and optimize manufacturing KPIs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain activities.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance overall operational efficiency in food logistics.

Profile

Strong knowledge of USDA compliance, HACCP, GMP, and food safety protocols.

Proven expertise in production management and process improvement.

Experience in meat processing and understanding of SSOP practices.

Leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse operations team.

Proficiency in managing equipment maintenance and ensuring operational efficiency.

Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.
