Base Pay Range
$125,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr

Greater New Haven area , is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the construction of multi‑family residential projects, including large‑scale apartment developments. This is a critical, on‑site leadership role with responsibility for managing project performance, team coordination, and client satisfaction from groundbreaking to final handoff.
Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to specification
Supervise field teams and subcontractors while coordinating with clients, design professionals, and internal staff
Manage construction schedules, material needs, manpower allocation, and equipment planning
Direct and support the onsite Superintendent and administrative personnel to maintain smooth daily operations
Monitor project costs, protect contractual interests, and identify potential risks or delays
Interpret drawings, resolve technical challenges, and recommend construction methods or alternatives
Uphold safety protocols, enforce worksite standards, and document any violations with corrective actions
Lead project meetings and represent the company with clients and stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports using company‑provided construction management software
Must‑Haves
Proven experience managing large residential or multi‑family construction projects from start to finish
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and site coordination
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a team‑first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping project teams aligned and motivated
Skilled in interpreting construction drawings and resolving issues in the field
Experience using construction management software to track documentation and workflows
Willingness to work on‑site in the Greater New Haven area and collaborate in person with project teams
Nice‑to‑Haves
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or other industry‑standard project management tools
Previous work in affordable housing or multi‑family residential development
OSHA certification or safety program leadership experience
