Location: Fayetteville, NC.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Management Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that supports military operators and mission partners by providing high-level analytical support and strategic insights to optimize operations and inform leadership decision-making. Responsibilities

Guide the organization through complex operational challenges by applying expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and management consulting.

Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend performance enhancement strategies.

Facilitate interdepartmental communication and serve as a liaison among teams and leadership.

Support the development of policies and procedures to drive mission success.

Monitor project execution and support change management initiatives.

Lead administrative and analytical support functions as part of the Program Management Office.

Supervise the entire CDRL management process, ensuring quality and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field OR High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.

9+ years of relevant experience in management analysis or operational consulting.

Demonstrated experience conducting strategic assessments and organizational evaluations.

Experience supporting military or defense‑related organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

Experience with DoW or military operations.

Familiarity with performance management frameworks and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard).

Prior experience in program evaluation, cost‑benefit analysis, or policy development.

Extensive experience managing complex CDRL schedules and requirements for a major program.

Clearance Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Physical Requirements

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co‑workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
