Production Manager - Electrical/Electronics Are you interested in being part of an innovative team that supports Westinghouse’s mission to provide clean energy solutions? The Warrendale, PA facility is responsible for design, assembly and test of electrical panels being supplied to the nuclear industry. The preferred candidate will have a background in electronics manufacturing or in the assembly and test of electrical control systems.

Responsibilities

Full‑time production supervisor within Westinghouse production facility in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.

Overall responsibility for Warrendale Facility.

Reports to the Manufacturing Plant Manager.

Provide day‑to‑day direction to technicians for production activities.

Maintain all calibrated measurement and tooling.

Maintain qualification and training for production personnel and special processes.

Interface with WEC Logistics for inbound/outbound shipping activities.

Manage material control and inventory management.

Address planned and unplanned facility maintenance needs.

Work in conjunction with corporate EHS to ensure compliance with all EHS requirements.

Act as site Nuclear Safety Culture champion.

Interface with corporate security to address access, alarms, etc.

Support plant safety initiatives with a goal of zero recordable incidents.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility.

Collect and share relevant operating experiences with the workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Management.

Background in electronics manufacturing or electrical control systems assembly and testing.

Experience in production supervision and plant facility management.
