As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for managing complex tax engagements, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the strategic goals of the tax department. You'll work closely with clients across a variety of industries, providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

What You'll Do
Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and performance feedback
Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes
Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships
Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated client service
Identify opportunities for tax planning and consulting
Support business development efforts through networking and client outreach
Who You Are We're looking for driven, client-focused candidates with :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm (local, regional, or national)
CPA license, CPA eligibility, or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements
Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in team development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
