LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Accounting Manager for our client in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of corporate cash operations, including daily cash positioning, bank account transactions, and reconciliations.
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Train and supervise the AP team and oversee daily operations, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
Drive automation and process improvements across AP workflows.
Support AP month‑end close.
Experience
4+ years of full cycle accounting and cash management experience required.
Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
Skills / Knowledge Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel‑VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and accounting software / ERP system knowledge required.
Great multi‑tasker, detail‑oriented and deadline driven.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Salary Range $75-85K
