Midas Hospitality is a leading hospitality company with over 40 hotels in 14 states. We are looking for a full‑time Night Auditor to join our team at the Hampton Inn in Brooklyn Park, MN. The Night Auditor will reconcile all business transactions, manage guest check‑ins, and resolve any guest issues during the overnight period.
Responsibilities
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. Issues room keys and provides directions.
Maintains records of room availability and guest accounts.
Ensures all paperwork is completed for the Front Desk and F&B computer systems.
Closes out the day for both the Front Desk and F&B computer systems.
Runs reports for the previous day's business.
Creates, confirms, and cancels reservations.
Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts, and credit through operation of the FD computer system and compiles required reports to ensure company funds are secure.
Qualifications
At least one year of cash handling experience.
At least one year of experience in a front desk position at a hotel.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
