Overview This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance a career in human resources and talent acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the full‑cycle recruiting process, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters to manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple business areas.
Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
Communicate with hiring teams to gather feedback and determine next steps in the interview process.
Prepare offer documentation and guide candidates through the pre‑onboarding process.
Support HR and recruiting initiatives such as process documentation, competency updates, and data tracking.
Assist with special projects related to recruiting operations and candidate experience.
Qualifications
Prior internship or professional experience in a corporate or HR environment preferred.
Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience scheduling and managing meetings is advantageous.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
