Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant / Senior Consultant
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr. Rank may vary between Consultant and Senior Consultant levels. Travel is required as and when needed by clients. All employment is full‑time.
Role Overview The Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team at Slalom operates at the intersection of people, experience and technology to help clients achieve business outcomes. The consultant will drive planned and unplanned M&A activities, build integration change management plans and approach outcomes with a data‑driven approach.
Responsibilities
Execute operational due diligence.
Create integration strategies, plans and governance models.
Build and lead Integration Management Offices (IMO).
Manage integration synergies and track progress.
Develop M&A playbooks and best‑practice operational models.
Qualifications
Proven M&A experience, including leading IMO or technical work streams. Demonstrated success in synergy realization.
Subject‑matter expertise in M&A advisory, with hindsight on IMO management, playbooks and operating‑model design.
Experience across multiple industry sectors, with an aptitude for applying knowledge to new contexts.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary range for a Consultant is $90K–$125K and for a Senior Consultant $125K–$175K. Annual discretionary bonus may be available.
