This position is with Highbury Defense Group, an Accelint company. We provide technical, cybersecurity, logistics, and program management support to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of State (DoS) agencies and select foreign governments and militaries. Report to the Assistant Program Manager (APM) and Lead Engineer (LE) on efforts that support test events including installation issues that may impact testing, development of test schedules and test procedures, integration issues and development of test briefs. Provide systems engineering and T&E support to the program APM and LE, and collaborate with program stakeholders at the Ech II and Ech III level. Coordinate with other agencies including Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR), Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), fleet representatives, N942, PEO T&E Director, PMW/A‑170, Fleet user/external systems representatives and CTR Vendors as required. Support the program’s test IPT and coordinate Test & Evaluation (T&E) efforts required to support testing. Manage planning activities as needed to support OPTEVFOR. Coordinate with team members, functional APMs, and external interfaces in support of system engineering and Integration and Test (I&T) events. Support system environmental testing, including Shock, Vibration, and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) testing and Cybersecurity T&E. Lead test planning, execution and reporting activities in support of test events at various locations. Facilitate development of program test documentation, including development of a test strategy. Lead the development of required testing deliverables including test plans, test procedures, test reports, and Test Readiness Review (TRR) artifacts. Qualifications

Secret clearance. Prior knowledge of communications and network engineering background is preferred. Self‑motivated and driven hard charger. Analytical and a self‑motivated learner. Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively within Navy chain of command. Selectee must have good oral and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate/work well with others. Knowledge of the T&E, acquisition and/or cyber security process in the Defense Acquisition life cycle management. Knowledge of shipboard architecture and infrastructure. Demonstrated knowledge of the engineering change and installation processes. Experience with system developmental type test events. Ability and willingness to travel to support critical test events if needed, and go onboard ships for underway testing durations, if required. Required to work 5 days a week onsite. Clearance Information: Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment.
