Base pay range $275,000.00/yr - $425,000.00/yr

With partners like NC Oral Surgery + Orthodontics, we can truly treat all of our patients' dental needs from infancy to adulthood.

About the Job Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is one of the largest dental practices in North Carolina and is looking for a stand‑out full‑time or part‑time dentist to join our family. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive using the latest dental technology and will possess great customer service, excellent treatment planning, and strong communication skills. We encourage all dentists to perform job duties independently. As a
General Dentist , you will be responsible for performing dental examinations and treatments in a collaborative, patient‑centric practice environment.
Responsibilities Other duties include:
Continuing education and leadership development opportunities are available and encouraged for this role.
Excellent communication skills are required to maintain our group’s mission of providing the highest quality patient service and asserting our position as a provider of choice in the communities we serve.
We have a great team of experienced clinical and administrative staff in place and we are just looking for the missing puzzle piece.
