Opportunity Details ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Neurology-Greenville are seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Neurologist with fellowship training or clinical expertise in Headache Medicine to join their expanding practice located in Greenville, North Carolina. New graduates and visa candidates are welcome to apply. ECU Health is a 9‑hospital system serving 29 eastern NC counties and 1.4 million people. Greenville (population 90,000+) is located 80 miles west of the beautiful North Carolina Coast and 80 miles east of Raleigh.

Hospital Privileges at ECU Health Medical Center, a 974‑bed level 1 trauma center, regional leader for neurosciences, and the only comprehensive stroke center in eastern North Carolina
Opportunity due to program expansion
Established neurology practice inclusive of 13 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
Primarily outpatient clinical care with occasional inpatient responsibilities associated with attending duties of residency program
Monday through Friday, 8am‑5pm, schedule

Opportunity to be a part of a new ACGME neurology residency program
Available resources include an on‑site infusion suite, on‑site lab, EEG, EMG and nerve conduction study resources, and an ALS clinic
Established clinical neuroscience team of 10 neurosurgeons, including dual‑trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20+ neurologists including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4 neurointensivists and 13 subspecialty neurologists. The subspecialties include pediatric neurology, epilepsy, movement disorders, headache, neuromuscular, sleep medicine, intraoperative monitoring and neuro‑oncology. There is also a large team of inpatient and outpatient Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
