Overview Our client is looking for a desktop support technician to provide onsite support at their San Francisco location. This person will be the sole IT technician supporting 30 employees. In a customer support role, you will have the opportunity to learn existing business processes and provide technology feedback to the team.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1-2 onsite technical support for hardware, software, imaging, and device upgrades in an O365 and Windows 10 environment.
Escalate unresolved issues to the team in another state and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
Provide face‑to‑face support, troubleshooting, and training to employees at all levels.
Supervise vendor visits and ensure site work is completed on schedule.
Requirements
Own personal transportation; public transportation is not near the client site.
Customer oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex issues to non‑technical audiences.
Self‑starter with strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently.
Natural problem‑solver who analyzes root causes and offers improvement suggestions.
Experience with Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, printer support, AV support, and imaging solutions.
Intermediate to Expert level experience in desktop support.

Job Type & Location Contract to Hire, based out of San Francisco, CA.
Pay And Benefits Pay range: $38.00 – $47.00/hr.
