What You'll Be Doing:
Work collaboratively within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support comprehensive technical solutions.
Stay ahead of tech trends, explore new technologies, and engage with internal and external tech communities while mentoring fellow engineers.
Team up with digital product managers to create robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
Use programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, alongside RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and a range of AWS services.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internship experience).
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or any other cloud service.
3+ years working with open source frameworks.
2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.

Please note that this role is available in McLean, VA with a salary range of $158,600 - $181,000, and in Richmond, VA with a range of $144,200 - $164,600.
