This role will lead high‑impact programs focused on security technology innovation and will be accountable for the oversight and execution of our strategic roadmap in partnership with vendor management, finance, and enterprise technology.

This role will be responsible for driving Fidelity‑wide initiatives, managing critical partner relationships, and delivering regular executive‑level updates that inform strategic decisions and ensure transparency across the organization.

The role demands strong competencies in Program Management, Process Optimization, and Data Analytics, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Define and execute multi‑year roadmaps for physical security technology modernization, aligned with enterprise priorities and business needs. Provide transparency, artifact management, and ongoing updates via SharePoint team site(s).

Vendor Governance: Oversee strategic vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, SLA management, performance tracking, and compliance assurance.

Financial Stewardship: Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage budgets, reconcile spend, and ensure transparency and fiscal discipline.

Innovation Delivery: Lead deployment of smart infrastructure, analytics platforms, and automation tools that enhance investigative and operational capabilities.

Executive Engagement: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including risk assessments, strategic insights, and decision support to guide enterprise‑level decisions.

Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to support adoption of new technologies and workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value realization.

KPI Development & Oversight: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness, vendor performance, financial impact, and strategic alignment.

Data‑Driven Storytelling: Create and deliver executive‑level presentations that synthesize program data, performance metrics, and strategic insights into clear, actionable narratives.

Organizational Alignment

Operate cross‑functionally across Fidelity, engaging with Security Operations, HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and Technology to ensure alignment and integration.

Lead strategic programs that deliver measurable business outcomes, including cost optimization, risk mitigation, and operational resilience.

Manage complex vendor ecosystems, ensuring performance, compliance, and financial accountability.

Deliver executive‑level reporting, including program status, financial adherence, risk posture, and strategic recommendations.

Drive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the enterprise.

Develop and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program success, vendor performance, and operational impact.

Create executive‑level presentations that leverage data and analytics to tell a complete, compelling story—enabling informed decision‑making and strategic alignment.

Expertise & Skills You Bring

10+ years of experience in program management, vendor oversight, financial operations, and change management within a regulated enterprise environment.

Proven success in leading enterprise technology implementations, particularly in physical security, investigations, or infrastructure modernization.

Strong understanding of data‑driven performance metrics.

Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries, build consensus, and drive alignment at all levels.

Experience in developing and managing KPIs to support strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Expertise in executive communication, including the ability to craft compelling presentations that translate complex data into strategic insights.

Enhance operational resilience through modernized and integrated security infrastructure.

Improve financial discipline via rigorous reconciliation and vendor accountability.

Accelerate innovation by identifying and deploying emerging technologies that support enterprise security goals.

Strengthen executive oversight through transparent reporting, strategic engagement, and actionable insights.

Support organizational change through structured change management and stakeholder engagement.

Drive performance through clear, measurable KPIs that align with Fidelity’s strategic objectives.

Enable strategic decision‑making through compelling, data‑driven executive presentations.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M‑F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
