You will translate data into actionable insights, supporting diligence, post‑deal performance, and exit strategies through data‑driven approaches, third‑party alternative data, and commercial insights.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum years of experience: 8 years

Preferred Qualifications Degree preferred: Master of Business Administration

Preferred fields of study: Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance

Preferred Knowledge / Skills

Managing high‑performing teams preferably in deals data analytics, consulting, and/or private equity.

Demonstrating proven communication and client presentation skills.

Understanding detailed financial statements, business cycles (revenue, supply chain, etc.), business diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.

Managing projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment and working under time‑sensitive client deadlines.

Analyzing or managing transactional, financial, and/or accounting data, and statistical methods in support of data analysis.

Technical & Digital Capabilities

Utilising a high degree of collaboration, ingenuity, and innovation to apply tools and techniques to address client questions.

Utilising data extraction / transformation, analytics, and visualization approaches.

Employing business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to turn data into insights.

Using ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), and having experience with Alteryx, Power Query and / or other agile technologies preferred.

Possessing knowledge of and having exposure to basic programming: Python, SQL, or other languages.

Salary and Benefits Salary range: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
