You are a process‑driven AP leader with experience scaling high‑growth AP functions. You thrive in fast‑moving environments, enjoy problem‑solving, and can lead cross‑functional initiatives. What You’ll Do
Own end‑to‑end AP function: invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, reconciliations, and reporting. Train and manage AP staff to improve performance and productivity. Develop and monitor KPIs (e.g., DPO, processing accuracy, vendor satisfaction) and implement continuous improvement. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, including cash‑flow forecasting and spend analysis. Collaborate with Procurement, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure proper coding, accruals, and cash‑outflow forecasting. Oversee payment strategies (ACH, wire, checks) and drive process standardization for scalability. Build supplier/vendor relationships to resolve payment issues and support company initiatives such as an end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay solution. What You Bring
8+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable or procure‑to‑pay. Experience with Tipalti, NetSuite, and BillSpend & Expense applications preferred. Proven success in global, high‑growth, technology‑driven environments. Hands‑on expertise with P2P platforms and system optimization. Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and international AP requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Compensation
Base salary range: $132,000 – $173,000 (US, CA). Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits
