What You'll Be Doing

Lead a team of engineers and managers building employee‑facing products and experiences. Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution. Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes, enhance user experiences, and develop products and workflows that users love. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. Be a strong advocate of bringing AI‑first experiences to our users. What We Need To See

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or a related technical field. 12+ overall years of experience building software in the tech industry. 5+ years of experience managing high‑performing teams. A strong product mindset. Deep understanding of issue tracking and agile delivery products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Experience building AI agents. Deep experience designing distributed systems. Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and high‑quality release practices. Salary range: $248,000 USD – $391,000 USD for Level 4, and $284,000 USD – $425,500 USD for Level 5.
