Data Solutions Associate Partner – Technology Sector
Join Aon as a Data Solutions Associate Partner and play a key role in growth and success. You will manage and nurture relationships with strategic client groups, provide tailored solutions, and lead talent analytics and thought leadership in the technology sector.
Responsibilities
Grow Data Solutions revenue, client participation, and employee count for the technology sector.
Grow data within sector under global strategy framework, identifying high‑potential growth areas for new markets, products, and services.
Provide data insights and trends, lead industry‑trend webinar series and client events focused on compensation and market‑practice trends for rewards/compensation clients.
Act as an external and internal subject‑matter expert; articulate value proposition and support “closing” sales in partnership with the sales team.
Provide sector expertise to clients and support end‑to‑end needs; manage scaled client relationship management.
Qualifications
10–15 years of consulting experience or a Total Rewards Leader within the Technology Industry.
Awareness of competitor products and offerings.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of broad HR issues within the industry and how they relate to potential clients and the Rewards content area.
Technical expertise in compensation/total rewards strategy, including job evaluation, job leveling/slotting, compensation structure design, pay policies and administration, pay systems and technology solutions, business case development, implementation planning, and organizational change.
Ability to lead client meetings and forums.
Strong business writing (correspondence and reports).
Strong presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management skills; demonstrates strong business development and selling skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Strong project management skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (Business, Finance, HR).
MBA (or equivalent) and CCP (or equivalent) preferred.

Pay Transparency The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $215,000 to $240,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Eligibility to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
