About the Role In a hunter‑style role, you will source, nurture, and close new BairesDev clients primarily from your industry network rather than inbound leads.

What You'll Do Hunting

Build long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients across industries, focusing on Healthcare (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech).

Originate and nurture business relationships to generate engagement opportunities.

Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.

Develop strong, enduring client relationships.

Project Management

Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.

Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.

Organize and mobilize cross‑functional teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, delivery) throughout the sales cycle.

Understand and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We Are Looking For

5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector.

Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in healthcare or life sciences markets.

Excellent understanding of the Healthcare industry, key players, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, challenges, and trends.

Strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on initiating and building client relationships.

Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technology challenges.

Ability to deliver compelling, tailored presentations.

Self‑motivated, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven.

Native English or fully bilingual in English.
