Sales Director - Senior Living
AgeWell Solvere Living is seeking a Sales Director for our Senior Living community.

Responsibilities
Achieve maximum occupancy and revenue potential by attracting qualified prospects and converting them into residents.
Conduct community outreach and education activities to create referrals.
Meet goals including time in selling zone, outreach zone, voice‑to‑voice calls, tours, home visits, prospect case studies and following up to exceed occupancy budget.
Respond to inquiries, schedule visits, conduct tours, and close sales according to sales and marketing goals.
Review prospects in the pipeline, including Hot Board, daily and weekly.
Participate in sales meetings, semi‑annual marketing meetings, and stand‑up meetings with updates on census, projected move‑ins, tours and events.
Ensure marketing team uses Sherpa for all internal and external sales activities.
Provide new resident and family contact information to the Marketing Coordinator to assist the move‑in process.
Attend on‑site and off‑site events and collaborate with department heads on sales strategies.
Work with the Executive Director to resolve first‑impression issues.
Review weekly productivity reports for accuracy.
Participate in weekly sales call with AgeWell Solvere Living.
Cover Manager on Duty weekend coverage as scheduled.
Update key competitor evaluations and price surveys semi‑annually.
Follow all emergency procedures and understand all safety practices.
Exhibit excellent customer service and public relations skills.
Maintain a creative, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, flexible, encouraging, and team‑oriented attitude.
Promote the community positively and communicate AgeWell Solvere Living Managed Community values to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
Qualifications
College degree preferred.
Excellent customer service and public relations skills.
Cheerful personality with a keen desire to serve seniors.
Five years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
Prior senior living experience preferred.
Effective problem‑solving and creative approach to goals.
Experience working with seniors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing‑related software.
Physically able to bend, reach, push, pull, lift up to 40–50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
Spend at least 30 % of time traveling to referral sources in the market area.
Miscellaneous
May have picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents’ apartments.
May spend up to 75 % of time traveling to referral sources.
May be required to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as assigned.
May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, or conditions including HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis B and C viruses.
May encounter hostile or emotionally upset residents.
Background, criminal, and drug tests may be required.
May be requested to submit to a random drug test during employment.
Community calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance.
