Job Description Honeywell Building Automation is seeking a dynamic and strategic

Director of Sales Training & Customer Enablement

to lead the development and execution of world‑class sales enablement programs. This role is critical to driving sales effectiveness, accelerating ramp‑up time, and ensuring our sales teams are equipped to deliver value‑based solutions across our portfolio of building automation technologies.

This role will sit in

Atlanta, GA

and work on a

hybrid work schedule .

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and Honeywell's customer‑centric approach.

Curriculum Development:

Design and deliver scalable training programs including onboarding, product training, solution selling, consultative sales, and vertical‑specific enablement.

Performance Optimization:

Partner with Sales Excellence, Product Management, and Marketing to identify performance gaps and create targeted interventions to improve win rates and quota attainment.

Technology Integration:

Leverage digital platforms (e.g., LMS, CRM, sales enablement tools) to deliver engaging, data‑driven learning experiences.

Leadership:

Lead by influence to execute training programs globally, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.

Metrics & Reporting:

Define KPIs and regularly report on training effectiveness, sales productivity, and ROI to senior leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or sales leadership within the building automation industry

5+ years of experience in Building Management Systems, Building Automation, Fire detection, access control or security

Proven success in designing and scaling global sales training programs

Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Cracking the Sales Management Code, Strategic Account Management, SPIN, MEDDIC)

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with LMS platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and sales enablement tools
